Terms & Conditions

These terms cover buying from and using www.brokenwingsapparel.com, run by Broken Wings Apparel of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Please read them with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages, which form part of them.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Shipping is chosen in the bag and the charge is shown before you pay. Current rates are on the Shipping page.
• Any discount you are entitled to is applied and shown in the bag before you pay; the conditions of each offer are shown with it.
• Payment is taken by Square on its own secure page. Your order is confirmed when Square confirms the payment.

Your order

• Most pieces are made to order. Timing is explained on the Shipping page.
• Pieces marked “Limited Edition” are produced in a limited run; pieces marked “1 of 1” are single, unique items.
• You are never charged for something you don’t receive: if we can’t make or ship part of an order, we’ll tell you and refund that part.
• Hand-painted and hand-finished pieces vary slightly from their photos; that variation is part of the piece. Colours can also look different from screen to screen.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final: we don’t accept returns or exchanges and don’t offer refunds. If something is wrong with your order, email brokenwingsapp@gmail.com and we’ll help you personally. The full policy is on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law.

Our designs

The artwork, characters (including the Fly Toons and the cereal box mascots), product photos, 3D models, logos and text on this site belong to Broken Wings Apparel. Buying a piece gives you the piece, not the right to reproduce its design. Please don’t copy, resell or reproduce our designs without written permission. Sharing links and photos of your own purchase is welcome.

Using the site

• Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no automated checkouts.
• If you leave a review or send us content, you confirm it’s honest and yours, and you let us show it on the site. We may decline to publish anything.
• Accounts are optional. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
