Shipping

When it ships

Most pieces are made to order, so orders ship within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery in Canada then usually takes 2 to 7 business days.

Rates

• Canada: $15.00 per order
• Outside Canada: $17.00 per order
• Local delivery (Windsor): $7.00 per order

You choose where your order is going in the bag, and the shipping charge is added before you pay.

Local delivery in Windsor

Local delivery is available to postal codes starting with N8S, N8P, N8R, N8T, N8Y, N8W, N8N, N9K, N8X, N8V, N9A. Choose “Local delivery” in the bag; it is only offered for those postal codes.

Payment

Payment is taken by Square on its own secure checkout page. Broken Wings never sees or stores your card details.
