Most Broken Wings pieces are made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or sizing. Please check the size and details on each product page before you order, and email us with any questions first.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or it isn’t what you ordered, email brokenwingsapp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem. We’ll replace the item or refund you.
